Do you ship internationally?
To improve the quality of our service, we currently do not offer international shipping, only shipping to the continental United States.Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website. Stay tuned.
How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
We are aiming to have your order dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time checking/perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around the end of the year.
Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.
You may on and off notice during checkout that the estimated delivery time is exceptionally long. This could be due to some products currently having nil inventory and restock of the goods is in progress.
If we didn’t process your order over 10 business days without informing you of any special reasons. We will refund you and will not ship your order. Or if you still want your order to be shipped, we can ship your order and give you a $5 coupon as compensation.
Who will pay for shipping?
We only support DHL Express now and can ship orders over $49.99 (include) to you for free. If the orders are less than $49.99, we will charge you $4.99 as freight.
After the goods are dispatched, how long does it take to deliver the package?
We currently only provide DHL Express for all orders, which will take about 2-5 business days. Therefore, the delivery time is generally 3 to 7 business days.
Note: Please check whether the receiving information is correct before paying for the order, and it cannot be changed after delivery.
If you haven’t received your package over 60 natural days after your order gets shipped we will refund you or reship your package.
When will you ship my order?
Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST on Friday will be shipped at 10:00 AM CST the following Monday( postponed when an official holiday comes).
Who will afford the taxes?
Customers are not responsible for any taxes, and the merchant bears all taxes.
Lost Packages
Your tracking number says that your package has been delivered but you still haven’t received your order?
Sorry, we won’t take responsibility for your lost package but we can help you contact the courier company. Follow these steps:
1. Wait at least two full business days after your tracking number says “delivered.” There’s a good chance it will show up.
2. If it has been three or more business days, file a claim with the courier company.
3. Once your claim has been filed, follow the instructions provided by the courier company.
4. If your package isn’t delivered in an allotted period provided by the courier company, it will be considered officially lost. If this happens, contact us at info@catpuppyeresto.com with your first and last name, order number, and a picture or copy of the email. We will be in touch!
