We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Cat Puppyeresto.

This policy forms part of the Cat Puppyeresto Terms and Conditions and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Requirements For Return and Exchange

We offer returns and exchanges without reason in 30 business days. We do not charge restocking fees. Here are some requirements for the return and exchange.

  • The packing of the cat tree,pet carrier is not disassembled.
  • There is no damage to the cat tree,pet carrier.
  • Cat tree,pet carrier are in their original packaging with original receipt.
  • We do not accept returns and exchanges ofcat tree,pet carrier damaged by human causes or external factors.

Unwanted Products

If you don’t want the product you received and want to return it, you will need to afford the shipping fees for the return.

You need to provide us with:

  • it is undamaged and unused in their original packaging with original receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return.
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

Email our customer service at info@catpuppyeresto.com within 30 business days (of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If we accept your return, please send the product to 152 Portal Ln, Madison, AL 35758 in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. Once we have done so we will refund you the purchase price of the product without charging you any restocking fees within 1-2 business days of the return. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.

Defective Products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

  • faults resulting from everyday use;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from a failure to care for the product adequately;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

If there is any defects and you want to return the product to us. We need you to provide your unboxing video and pictures of the product you received. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund or reship the missing parts at your choice. And we will afford the fees of the reshipping.

Charges

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to  refund you in respect of the returned item.

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse Cat Puppyeresto for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Order Canceling

We begin processing orders within 30 minutes after they are placed, which means you can cancel your orders in 30 minutes after they are placed. We don’t accept order cancellation if your orders have been placed more than 30 minutes, because orders that have been processed cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile. Please think carefully before you make an order. If you insist on canceling your orders, you can return the package to us after you received it. And please refer to Unwanted Products.
